1.priscilla

Priscilla was to be Claymore No. 2 of Teresa's generation and is considered to be the most powerful character in the series, apart from Teresa, surpassing all the Abyssals . During her time as a Claymore, she possessed incredible potential as a warrior and, like Teresa, could fight without using her Yoki. She rose to the position of No.2 after just a few months in the field and was tasked to assassinate Teresa with the help of fellow single-digits Irene (current No. 2), Noel (No. 4), and Sophia (No. 3). It was during this mission that she reached her limit and Awakened, becoming one of the main antagonists of the series.
2. clare

Clare is a female Claymore and the Organization's No. 47 during her generation. She is the main protagonist of the series. She is the only known Claymore to have taken the flesh and blood of a fellow Claymore rather than that of a Yoma, making her 1/4 Yoma, as opposed to 1/2 human like the other warriors. This was allowed to happen as an expeiriment to attempt to create a stronger warrior.This expeiriment was considered a failure, as she was considered weak and was given the last rank of No. 47 in the 150th generation. Despite this, through both her own efforts and the help of others, Clare eventually attained a significant level of power and became one of the first partially Awakened Beings.
Clare is also the only person known to have volunteered to undergo the process of becoming a Claymore.

3. teresa

Teresa is a former Claymore No.1, the 182nd warrior of the 77th generation created by the Organization. She is among the eight most powerful No.1 warriors in the history of the Organization, considered even to be the strongest ever created. Possessing incredible raw power and acute Yoki sensing, she rarely had to tap into her massive Yoki reserve, releasing only ten percent in her battles against an awakened Rosemary and a near-awakened Priscilla.
She was nicknamed "Teresa of the Faint Smile" (微笑のテレサ, Bishō no Teresa, lit. "Smiling Teresa") for the faint smiles that graced her face as she effortlessly slaughtered her enemies. Had she survived, she would be a sure threat to the remaining Abyssal Ones, and possibly even Priscilla, the most powerful Awakened Being in the series.

4.miria

 Miria was Claymore No. 6 of the 127th generation in the Organization, and currently the deuteragonist of the series. Her ability to move at frightening speeds, leaving after-images of herself in order to evade and confuse her opponents, earned her the title "Phantom Miria" (幻影のミリア, Gen'ei no Miria) and the reputation of being one of the fastest warriors of her generation
5.galatea

 Galatea is Claymore No. 3 of Clare's generation. Galatea is a defensive type Claymore. Through her brilliant Yoki perception, she earned the title "God-Eye Galatea" (神眼のガラテア, Shingan no Garatea). Along with her prowess as a spy, she claims that the strength she gains from her Yoki release is the highest of her generation
