CycloneJoker is considered to be the most well balanced, thus making it Double's default form, despite being capable of initiating transformation with any set of Double's Gaia Memories. This form's Maximum Drive finisher is the Joker Extreme , during which Double's body splits down the middle as the halves descend on their target. A variation of this attack involves Double jumping off the back wheel of Kamen Rider Accel Bike Form, allowing for faster acceleration upon descent.

Orange Arms (オレンジアームズ Orenji Āmuzu^?) is Gaim's default orange-based armored Japanese Samurai form. Accessed through the Orange Lockseed, this form's Arms Weapon is the Daidaimaru. This form debuts in episode 1.
This form is Gaim's most balanced form. Because of that, Gaim often uses this form, due to it not suffering from any significantly statistic power up or down.
When Gaim activates his Sengoku Driver's Squash function, he can execute one of two finishing attacks:

• Daidai Ittou  Gaim charges the Daidarimaru with energy before unleashing a series of slashes on the target.
• Burai Kick: Gaim jumps into the air while orange energy surrounds his right foot that releases orange shaped energy as he strikes the target with a powerful side kick.

When Gaim activates his Sengoku Driver's Sparking function, he can temporarily convert his Orange Arms armor into its fruit form, which can be spun and used as a shield to bounce off any enemy's attack.

Base States  is Kamen Rider Fourze's white/default form. This States can be accessed without any specific Astroswitch. On his back that is kept in all of his forms is a hoverpack, which he uses it to either keep him afloat, or to extend his jumps. By using the Rocket and Drill Modules, Fourze can perform the Rocket Drill Kick  Limit Break.
Later, after he accepts the title of "Kamen Rider", he renames it to include "Rider" in the name for the Rider Rocket Drill Kick . A variation of this is the Rider Rocket Drill Space Kick which is performed outside of Earth's atmosphere from transportation of the Massigler.
When pushing the Enter Lever a second time while still under the power of the first Limit Break, Fourze can perform the Rider Rocket Drill Great Space Kick  Double Limit Break, where the auras around the Rocket and Drill Modules are enlarged and allowing Fourze to bore through things his initial Limit Break couldn't do before, but it depletes the Cosmic Energy inside the Switches and needs time to fully recharge.
The third alternative Base States's Limit Break is the Youthful Galaxy Great Great Great Drill Kick (, where Fourze has push down the Enter Lever four times and allowing to pierce through any Zodiarts with maximum power.

Tatoba Combo (タトバコンボ Tatoba Konbo), also known as the "Multi Combo" (複数コンボ Fukusū Konbo), is the main combination that is always used by Kamen Rider OOO using the Taka, Tora & Batta Core Medals. As Tatoba Combo, OOO is armed with the Tora Claw gauntlets, and can transform his legs into Batta Legs to reach enemies that are out of his reach, such as ones that can fly. This combo is also the most balanced in speed and power. This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Tatoba Kick (タトバキック Tatoba Kikku^?), where after jumping high up through the Batta Legs, OOO descends with a drop kick through the three rings that form, which are in the primary colors of the Taka, Tora, and Batta Medals which surround him in auras depending on the Core Medals. After passing through the red ring representing the Taka Medal, he is surrounded in a red veil with wings, the yellow ring representing the Tora Medal gives an aura with claws, while the green ring representing the Batta Medal gives an aura with legs. Like the True Tatoba Combo, the plain Tatoba also can dual-wield the Medajalibur and the Medagabryu, as seen in The Shogun and 21 Core Medals.

• Tatoba with Purple Eyes

  Eiji transformed into the Purple-Eyed Tatoba Combo (パープルアイドタトバコンボ Pāpuru Aido Tatoba Konbo) when Doctor Maki has transfered one of his purple Core Medal into Eiji's body, turning him into a mindless monster. He then made a mad dash for the OOO driver. Upon strapping it on, the signature telekinesis of the purple Medals scanned the Taka Tora and Batta Medals, transforming him into a Tatoba Combo under the influence of the Dinosaur Medals, hence the purple eyes. This form was used only once to attack Ankh for a brief period after said transformation. After that Doctor Maki transfers another purple Core Medal, cancelling Eiji's Rider transformation and forcing him to mutate into the Eiji Greeed (映司グリード Eiji Gurīdo).
• After absorbing a vast amount of Cell Medals, Eiji uses the King's Core Medals which Kougami gave him to transform into a more powerful version of Tatoba Combo, variably referred to as "The Ultimate Tatoba Combo (究極のタトバコンボ Kyūkyoku no Tatoba Konbo^?)" and "The True OOO (真のオーズ Shin no Ōzu^?)". In this state, Kamen Rider OOO's power has increased to the point of momentarily surpassing the purple Core Medals, allowing him to dual wield the Medajalibur and the Medagabryu, as well as defeat a complete Greeed with the Tatoba Kick. However, because Eiji absorbed the Kougami Foundation's immense store of Cell Medals while still having the Purple Cores within his body, these Medals shattered, and the True Tatoba Combo was lost.
