Perfect Cell is the ultimate form of Cell, which he assumed after absorbing both Androids 17 and 18.
Appearance
Cell becomes much more humanoid in this form, complete with both a
fully-formed nose and mouth. His tail is retracted and now used for the
creation of Cell Jrs, Jr.'s, although it is shown in various media that
he can still extend it from his back and absorb other people (as seen in
Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai - Another Road).
Along with his previous two forms, Cell can brandish an aura with the
same color as a Super Saiyan. He is also smaller than in his previous
form, being only about Piccolo's height. His wings have grown back and
now are shaded black. His exoskeleton is colored light-green with black
spots and has black sections located on his shoulders, chest, the metal
plates on his ankles are now shaded black, and now the orange section
near his groin area are also shaded black. His skin is now pale all in
his face and hands, he now has purple lines in both sides of his cheeks,
similar to Frieza in his first three forms, and the orange line across
from his ears and chin are now changed into a yellow color. His eyes are
now pink, and his blue veins are now purple.
Personality
Cell becomes significantly more arrogant in this form due to his
increase in speed and power, and now only wishes to test his own power
and does not truly care for taking over the universe. In this form, Cell
gains Frieza's polite mannerisms (though without the snide sarcasm),
Piccolo's cunning, Vegeta's self-confidence, and Goku's laid back nature
and love of fighting.
4. vegeta
vegeta is haughty, arrogant, and bitter as a result of the destruction of his homeworld, Planet Vegeta,
and the abuse his race suffered at the hands of Frieza. His royalty
seems to have bestowed upon him an inflated sense of superiority,
holding himself above nearly everybody he encounters. He is immensely
proud of his Saiyan heritage and believes his race to be the most
powerful in the universe.
As the Prince of a demolished Planet Vegeta, Vegeta is initially
introduced as an unrepentant villain. Judging from his evil intentions
before joining the Z Fighters, Vegeta has been consistently
characterized as extremely arrogant, vengeful, and at times, cold. Many
of Vegeta's early heroic acts are because of self-interest or revenge,
although he later settles down and grows fond of Earth as his home,
raising a family with Bulma. Having been born into the upper tier of Saiyan society, Vegeta was fixated on achieving the legendary status of Super Saiyan
and becoming the most powerful warrior in the universe. Vegeta is more
of a tactical fighter who often rushes in the brawl without hesitation.
However, his rage or arrogance usually causes him to underestimate his
opponent. His royal blood and intense fighting style has both benefited
and harmed him in many battles. Vegeta has been shown to be one of the
more intelligent characters of the series, as well as one of the most
serious, rarely exhibiting humor. When he does so, his humor is often
very dry and in some rare occasions it is based on black humor. He does,
however, delight in mocking his enemies, as demonstrated when he offers
to reconstruct Android 18
into a "toaster" or a "washing machine". He also shows his black sense
of humor towards Goku when he was about to battle him in the World Martial Arts Tournament.
He overheard Goku mentioning of him being full of food and Vegeta swore
to punch him straight to the stomach. Normally, his ego and arrogance
overshadow his positive qualities.

Kid Buu ,also known as Majin Buu, is the original and purest form of the Majin called Buu. The first form of Buu that appeared in Dragon Ball Z was actually the form that he took after he had absorbed Southern Supreme Kai and Grand Supreme Kai
millions of years earlier, and Kid Buu appeared again only after all of
the fighters he had absorbed were removed from his system.
Kid Buu is the final villain of the Dragon Ball manga.
Unlike his other forms, this form of Buu's thought process is seen to
be irrational and spontaneous, even destroying his own body to destroy
the Earth.
Although he appears smaller than any other form, he is more dangerous
than any other forms of Buu, due to his full relentless evil and
unpredictability. He is also completely free of restraint and has no
trace of sanity and, because of this, is extremely volatile. He retains
his childish personality, becoming amused and laughing hysterically at
his own destruction of entire worlds.

In the Raging Blast series, Dragon Ball Z: Dragon Battlers, and Dragon Ball Heroes,
Broly achieves the Super Saiyan 3 form. The look of this form is much
like Broly's Legendary Super Saiyan form. He has great muscle mass, eyes
which lack pupils, pale skin, and a greenish yellow hair color.
Additionally, Broly lacks eyebrows in this form, and has the trademark
long Super Saiyan 3 hairstyle. For some time before the release of Dragon Ball: Raging Blast,
there was rumor of Broly's Super Saiyan 3 form is a unique "Legendary
Super Saiyan 3" form. This rumor was supported by the fact that Goku, in
one of the later trailers, said in a surprised tone Densetsu Supa Saiya-jin Suri,
which translates to "Legendary Super Saiyan 3". However, Broly is
simply referred to as "Super Saiyan 3 Broly" within the game. In the Raging Blast series, Broly as a Super Saiyan 3 is a separate character from Broly with his movie transformations.

In this form, the Saiyan's hair color differs, the same goes for the tail
and the body is covered in red fur. A Saiyan in this form also
possesses a shadow trim around the eyes and over the eyelids that varies
in color, such as crimson. The hair is lengthened, but not nearly as
long as a Super Saiyan 3's.
The aura in this form loses the arcs of electricity and replaces it
with sparkles and also becoming pure fire. In the case of the Fusion Dance warrior Gogeta,
the coloration of the aforementioned features seemingly switch, as
Gogeta's hair became a bright shade of red whereas his fur became a dark
shade of brown and the trim around his eyes were black instead of red.
The massive power and speed enhancements brought on by this form easily
make it the strongest Super Saiyan form in the entire series.
For example, while Goku's Super Saiyan 3 form was almost unable to even faze Baby Vegeta,
as soon as Goku transformed into a Super Saiyan 4, their roles in power
became polar opposites, with Baby Vegeta being almost unable to hurt
Goku at all. The users of this Super Saiyan transformation have
signature techniques. For example, Goku develops an attack he calls "10x Kamehameha", as it is ten times (10x) stronger than the Super Kamehameha Wave, while Vegeta, in his Super Saiyan 4 state, uses an attack he calls the "Final Shine Attack", which is a more powerful version of his Final Flash attack (although, Vegeta is first seen using this attack against Super 17 with one hand while in his first Super Saiyan form).
Unlike the Super Saiyan 3's strain due to the utilization in ki, this form does not
require as much energy consumption as Super Saiyan 3's, allowing the
user to stay in the state at a much longer duration. It also appears
that the form makes the individual larger in height and muscularity. In
scenes with Goku standing next to others such as Gohan, Goten and
Trunks, Goku appears much taller and bulkier than all of them, even
though in his normal state, he is relatively the same size. A highly
debated subject, many fans believe the Super Saiyan 4 form to be the
true form of the Original Super Saiyan, first spoke of by Vegeta in the Namek Saga. Vegeta states in his monologue, that "the Super Saiyan
could only maintain his maximum power in the transformed state". Also,
Elder Supreme Kai appears to know of the Super Saiyan 4 form, cementing
the thought that Super Saiyan 4 has existed before Goku attained it,
most probably by a previous Super Saiyan.
The Super Saiyan 4 form even has enough power to break through a wish
made with the Dragon Balls, as it turned Kid Goku into an adult again.

lihat wajah mayat mereka telahpun bertukar menjadi babi. Mengapa begitu halnya, wahai tuan guru?”
Jawab ahli ibadah tersebut, ” Wahai anak muda, mereka itulah golongan yang meremehkan dan meninggalkan solat sewaktu hidupnya.
Sesungguhnya solat merupakan amalan yang pertama sekali dihisab. Jika
sempurna solat, maka sempurnalah amalan-amalan kita yang lain,”
Pemuda itu menyambung lagi, ” Wahai tuan guru, golongan YANG KETIGA
yang aku lihat, pada waktu siang mayatnya kelihatan seperti biasa
sahaja. Pabila aku menggali kuburnya pada waktu malam, ku lihat perutnya terlalu gelembung, keluar pula ulat yang terlalu banyak daripada perutnya itu.”
” Mereka itulah golongan yang gemar memakan harta yang haram, wahai anak muda,” balas ahli ibadah itu lagi.
” Golongan YANG KEEMPAT, ku lihat mayat yang jasadnya bertukar menjadi batu bulat yang hitam warnanya. Mengapa terjadi begitu, wahai tuan guru?”
Jawab ahli ibadah itu, ” Wahai pemuda, itulah golongan manusia yang derhaka kepada kedua ibu bapanya sewaktu hayatnya. Sesungguhnya Allah s. w. t. sama sekali tidak redha kepada manusia yang menderhakai ibu bapanya.”
” Golongan YANG KELIMA pula Ku lihat ada pula mayat yang kukunya amat panjang, hingga membelit-belit seluruh tubuhnya dan keluar segala isi dari tubuh badannya,” sambung pemuda itu.
” Anak muda, mereka itulah golongan yang gemar memutuskan silaturrahim.
Semasa hidupnya mereka suka memulakan pertengkaran dan tidak bertegur
sapa lebih daripada 3 hari. Bukankah Rasulullah s. a. w. pernah
bersabda, bahawa sesiapa yang tidak bertegur sapa melebihi 3 hari
bukanlah termasuk dalam golongan umat baginda,” jelas ahli ibadah
tersebut.
” Wahai guru, golongan YANG KEENAM yang aku lihat, sewaktu siangnya lahadnya kering kontang. Tatkala malam ketika aku menggali semula kubur itu, ku lihat mayat tersebut terapung dan lahadnya dipenuhi air hitam yang amat busuk baunya,”
” Wahai pemuda, itulah golongan yang memakan harta riba sewaktu hayatnya,” jawab ahli ibadah tadi.
” Wahai guru, golongan YANG TERAKHIR yang aku lihat, mayatnya sentiasa tersenyum dan berseri-seri pula wajahnya. Mengapa demikian halnya wahai tuan guru?” tanya pemuda itu lagi.
Jawab ahli ibadah tersebut, ” Wahai pemuda, mereka itulah golongan manusia yang berilmu. Dan mereka beramal pula dengan ilmunya sewaktu hayat mereka. Inilah golongan yang beroleh keredhaan dan kemuliaan di sisi Allah s. w. t. baik sewaktu hayatnya mahupun sesudah matinya.”
Ingatlah, sesungguhnya daripada Allah s.
w. t kita datang dan kepadaNya jualah kita akan kembali. Kita akan
dipertanggungjawabkan atas setiap amal yang kita lakukan, hatta amalan

In the upcoming film Snow White and the Huntsman,
that classic fairy tale receives a modern rejiggering complete with a
guest appearance by Thor and (hopefully) a golem made out of poison
apples.
This flick represents just one retelling in a long
history of folklore being retold and remolded for a new audience. Here
are ten actual fairy tale plot nuggets frequently downplayed or just
plain forgotten, such as the time Little Red Riding Hood ate her dead

It's common knowledge that after the miller's daughter-turned-queen
guesses Rumpelstiltskin's true name, he's tremendously unhappy and
disappears thanks to some unspoken magical restraining order. But in Margaret Hunt's 1884 translation of the Brothers Grimm, the impish gold-spinner leaves this plane of existence in a truly conversation-stopping manner:
"The
devil has told you that! the devil has told you that!" cried the little
man, and in his anger he plunged his right foot so deep into the earth
that his whole leg went in; and then in rage he pulled at his left leg
so hard with both hands that he tore himself in two.
The
story then abruptly cuts off at this point, leaving the reader
wondering how the Queen cleaned a bisected dwarf out of her royal
carpet.

9. Goldilocks is a wizened criminal
Robert Southey's 1837 adaptation of the folktale of The Three Bears was published prior to the addition of Goldilocks to this fable. Instead, his version used an "impudent, bad old woman" who broke into the Three Bears' home. Her demise:
Now
the windows were open because the Bears, like good, tidy Bears, as they
were, always opened their bed-chamber window when they got up in the
morning. Out the little old woman jumped; and whether she broke her neck
in the fall; or ran into the wood and was lost there; or found her way
out of the wood, and was taken up by the constable and sent to the House
of Correction for a vagrant as she was, I cannot tell. But the Three
Bears never saw anything more of her.
I love the
fact that this story occurs in a universe where sentient bears and human
legal structures coexist seamlessly. Southey's logical sequel to this
story should have been The Three Bears 2: Bear Police. 8. The Frog King has the magic beat out of him
True love's kiss doesn't always break amphibious curses. No, some earlier versions of The Frog King saw the princess chuck the needy croaker against the wall as hard as possible.
Other iterations had the slippery sovereign transform after being burnt
or decapitated, because nothing dispels dark magic quite like cruelty
to animals.
7. Beauty's jealous sisters conspire to see her eaten alive
The 1757 version of Beauty and the Beast
by Jeanne-Marie LePrince de Beaumont contained Beauty's two unpleasant
sisters who plotted to see Beauty digested by the Beast while the former
was on sabbatical from the latter's magic castle. As you may remember,
this emotional terrorism didn't make the Broadway musical:
"Sister,"
said the oldest, "a thought just strikes my mind; let us endeavor to
detain her above a week, and perhaps the silly monster will be so
enraged at her for breaking her word, that he will devour her."
"Right,
sister," answered the other, "therefore we must show her as much
kindness as possible." After they had taken this resolution, they went
up, and behaved so affectionately to their sister, that poor Beauty wept
for joy. When the week was expired, they cried and tore their hair, and
seemed so sorry to part with her, that she promised to stay a week
longer.
6. Hansel and Gretel had homicidal parents
Everyone remembers the trail of breadcrumbs and the gingerbread house,
but it's often glossed over that Hansel and Gretel's parents dump them
in the forest because the family's starving to death during a famine.
Their mother concocts this scheme, and by the time the children return
from their candy cottage hostage crisis, she's inexplicably dead. Maybe
she died of malnourishment, perhaps it was an acute case of "Reader's
Antipathy." 5. The Princess' lament about the pea
Without a time machine, we have no way of getting into Hans Christian
Andersen's head, but I'd really like to know what dastardly Freudian
maelstrom was a-swirling in his brain when he penned this paragraph:
"Oh!"
said the Princess. "No. I scarcely slept at all. Heaven knows what's in
that bed. I lay on something so hard that I'm black and blue all over.
It was simply terrible."
4. The prince from Rapunzel attempts suicide, goes blind
Upon learning that Rapunzel has been shorn and exiled from her tower by
the evil sorceress, the noble prince tosses himself to his doom,
instead goes blind when he falls face-first into the brambles, and
wanders the wilderness, subsisting on grass and roots. He regains his sight after Rapunzel fires some magic tears squarely into his eyes, a miracle that requires meticulous aim. 3. The Little Mermaid is in constant pain, contemplates murder, dies
Hans Christian Andersen's 1837 original tale of The Little Mermaid was completely devoid of calypso-singing crustaceans and a conventionally happy ending.
Instead
the protagonist mermaid trades her tongue (it's chopped off) and fins
for human legs that feel like they're constantly being stabbed with
knives.
After the prince marries another woman, the mermaid
considers stabbing him to death so that his blood will magically
transform her back into an icthyosapien.
She
rejects this plan, melts into sea foam, and becomes a "daughter of the
air" favored by the Christian God (as opposed to Poseidon or Cthulhu).
And as in the Disney version, any penis castles are left up to the audience's imagination. 2. Cinderella's evil stepsisters mutilate their feet
We all know that Cinderella's nasty relations try to hoodwink the
prince by cramming their feet into the glass slipper. What you may not
remember is that these two hellcats chopped off their toes and heels
to win his affections. Also, the prince wouldn't have noticed the blood
gushing from the slipper if a duo of chatty pigeons hadn't informed him
otherwise. ("Rook di goo, rook di goo! There's blood in the shoe. The
shoe is too tight, this bride is not right!") Moral of the story: A.)

As with most popular folktales, there are regional variations to Little Red Riding Hood. In Italy and Austria, you may encounter Little Red Hat, a version that is still giving children nightmares to this day.

the wolf is replaced with an ogre, who imitates Little Red Hat's
grandmother while feeding the moppet her grandmother's remains. Red
mistakes granny's teeth for rice, flesh for steak, and blood for wine.
She's then gobbled alive after disrobing and jumping into bed with the
monster. Remember children, don't trust anyone ever, particularly your
loved ones. They will only be the death of you.

NZ-666 Kshatriya is improved model of quin mansa. The Kshatriya is much smaller than the Quin-Mantha but has equal firepower.
This is accomplished by the four large shoulder binders similar to
that of the Queen Mansa, each binder storing a pair of mega particle
cannons, beam saber holding sub-arms and six funnels. The main body of
the Kshatriya also has four mega particle cannons and two beam sabers.
It can also be fitted with a optional Beam Gatling Gun. Although the
Kshatriya lacks the "mega particle deflection system" seen on the
NZ-000, an I-field barrier generator was installed instead. Its original
psycommu system was also replaced with a more effective psychoframe.
Although the Kshatriya is a massive mobile suit it has fairly good mobility thanks to the thruster-mounting wing binders

The Wings of Light (Hikari no Tsubasa), fielded by ZAFT's ZGMF-X42S Destiny;
is the most recent technology to incorporate the Mirage Colloid
Technology. While their primary function is as a propulsion system
(using a variant of the Voiture Lumiere
propulsion system), which gives the suit acceleration superiority over
any contemporary mobile suit, they also incorporate another
technological marvel- the Mirage Colloid Holographic Projection System.
This system spreads Colloid particles, leaving a trail of visible
after-images that can confuse enemy sensors and visuals, as well as the
naked eye. The Mars-built MMF-JG73L Turn Δ Astray later has the Wings of Light installed through the same method as the Destiny through splitting the large triangle on its back.
Another variation of the Wings of Light can be found on the ZGMF-X20A Strike Freedom; they can only be activated when its DRAGOON pods
are deployed. Other than a cosmetic feature, however, they serve no
other known purpose. Rather, they are simply due to the fact that the
thruster layout on Strike Freedom's "wings" is similar to that of the
Destiny. However, they do allow Strike Freedom to accelerate much
faster, shown how Kira was able to dodge Legend's Dragoons easily.

Through the Lost Driver and the T2 Eternal Memory, Katsumi transforms
into Kamen Rider Eternal. Eternal's Maximum Drive with the Eternal Edge is the Eternal Requiem (エターナルレクイエム, Etānaru Rekuiemu),
a power wave that cancels out all other Gaia Memories. Like most Riders
in Kamen Rider W, Eternal has an English letter motif, in this case the
letter E. Eternal is also adorned with a black Eternal Robe (エターナルローブ, Etānaru Rōbu) cape after transformation. His catchphrase is "Now, enjoy Hell" (さあ、地獄を楽しみな, Sā, jigoku wo tanoshimina).
Eternal's mask slightly resembles a Horned Owl and a Infinity symbol.
His primary Motifs are the letter E and a military commando. This form
is called Eternal's Blue Flare (ブルーフレア, Burū Furea) form, as revealed in Kamen Rider W Returns, which is more powerful than the incomplete Red Flare form.

Skull is unique in that besides wearing a white tathered scarf he also
wears a white fedora. It is revealed that he was original user of the
quote "Now, count your crimes!" (さあ、お前の罪を数えろ！, Sā, omae no tsumi o kazoero!), a quote now used by his successor. Skull's motif is that of a human skull and the letter S. Like Skull Rider, Skull appears to be a homeage to Skull Man, Shotaro Ishinomori's previous creation, who was adapted for the creation of Kamen Rider 1. Skull is shown to be a powerful fighter, able to fight equally with the Terror Dopant
(as shown in the "Nobody's Perfect" music video) whereas other riders
had difficulty combating him, and is able to use the Skull Memory's
powers to full effect. As shown in Episode Yellow in the Cho-Den-O
Trilogy, Skull's Maximum Drive, without a weapon is a Rider Kick.
In Skull: Message to Double, Skull also reveals to have another Maximum
Drive that involves releasing a giant energy skull from his chest,
which stuns the opponent and knocks them back before rising into the
air. Skull then puts the Skull Memory into the Maximum Slot, jumps up,
and does a roundhouse Rider Kick, which propels the energy skull toward
the opponent, whom it bites down on.

Kabuto's Rider Form (ライダーフォーム, Raidā Fōmu) is the
sleeker and more offensive-based form which resembles more of a Japanese
rhinoceros beetle which Kabuto is named and themed after. In this form,
Kabuto has access to the Clock Up (クロックアップ Kurokku Appu)
command, enabling Kabuto to travel at near-light speeds to match the
speeds of the Worms. By pressing the three buttons on the belt in
succession, Kabuto can perform his tachyon-powered Rider Kick (ライダーキック Raidā Kikku).
Kabuto Rider Form has three variations of Rider Kick: a normal 180
degree roundhouse kick, a counter kick (360 degree roundhouse kick,
which is used to surprise opponents who attempt to attack him from
behind), and a flying side kick.

Mighty Form (マイティフォーム, Maiti Fōmu) is Kuuga's default
form and has red armor, originally referred to by the police as
Unidentified Life Form #4. Yuusuke was first able to transform into this
form while fighting Zu-Gooma-Gu. In this form, Kuuga uses his "Mighty Kick" (マイティキック, Maiti Kikku) attack to kill the monsters.

proud of his Saiyan heritage and believes his race to be the most
powerful in the universe.
Kid Buu ,also known as Majin Buu, is the original and purest form of the Majin called Buu. The first form of Buu that appeared in Dragon Ball Z was actually the form that he took after he had absorbed Southern Supreme Kai and Grand Supreme Kai
millions of years earlier, and Kid Buu appeared again only after all of
the fighters he had absorbed were removed from his system.
In the Raging Blast series, Dragon Ball Z: Dragon Battlers, and Dragon Ball Heroes,
Broly achieves the Super Saiyan 3 form. The look of this form is much
like Broly's Legendary Super Saiyan form. He has great muscle mass, eyes
which lack pupils, pale skin, and a greenish yellow hair color.
Additionally, Broly lacks eyebrows in this form, and has the trademark
long Super Saiyan 3 hairstyle. For some time before the release of Dragon Ball: Raging Blast,
there was rumor of Broly's Super Saiyan 3 form is a unique "Legendary
Super Saiyan 3" form. This rumor was supported by the fact that Goku, in
one of the later trailers, said in a surprised tone Densetsu Supa Saiya-jin Suri,
which translates to "Legendary Super Saiyan 3". However, Broly is
simply referred to as "Super Saiyan 3 Broly" within the game. In the Raging Blast series, Broly as a Super Saiyan 3 is a separate character from Broly with his movie transformations.

Through the Lost Driver and the T2 Eternal Memory, Katsumi transforms
into Kamen Rider Eternal. Eternal's Maximum Drive with the Eternal Edge is the Eternal Requiem (エターナルレクイエム, Etānaru Rekuiemu),
a power wave that cancels out all other Gaia Memories. Like most Riders
in Kamen Rider W, Eternal has an English letter motif, in this case the
letter E. Eternal is also adorned with a black Eternal Robe (エターナルローブ, Etānaru Rōbu) cape after transformation. His catchphrase is "Now, enjoy Hell" (さあ、地獄を楽しみな, Sā, jigoku wo tanoshimina).
Eternal's mask slightly resembles a Horned Owl and a Infinity symbol.
His primary Motifs are the letter E and a military commando. This form
is called Eternal's Blue Flare (ブルーフレア, Burū Furea) form, as revealed in Kamen Rider W Returns, which is more powerful than the incomplete Red Flare form.
